What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Thanks to our advanced flexible printing technology, we support any quantity — even just 1 piece!
Our prices remain competitive whether you order one or one thousand.
Simply choose the quantity when placing your order, or email us if you’d like a custom bulk quote.

Will you confirm my design after I place the order?

We offer online design support — you can upload and edit your design directly on our website.
Once the order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your artwork.
If you need to make any changes, please reply within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, your order will automatically enter production based on the confirmed design.

How long does production take?

Normally, production starts right after confirmation and takes about 3-5 business days before shipping.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location — please check the product page for estimated arrival times.

Can I choose the print color and bag material?

Yes! We currently offer 8 single-color printing options.
Each bag type has its own available materials — such as matte, frosted, glossy, or foil.
You can view and select these options directly on the product page before checkout.
