1. No Returns for Custom Products Without Quality Issues
As all custom products are made specifically according to your design and requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
2. Handling Quality Issues
If your order arrives with printing errors, damage, or other quality defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide clear photos or videos as proof. Once confirmed, we will arrange a refund or a free remake based on your preference.
3. Shipping Time Disclaimer
We will ship your order on time as promised, but delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as international logistics delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or holidays.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays), extended shipping times will not be considered grounds for return or refund.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Processing time varies depending on the payment platform, usually 3-10 business days.

退货与退款政策

由于定制产品是根据客户提供的设计和需求专属制作,除非存在质量问题,否则我们不接受退货或更换。
2. 质量问题处理
如果您收到的产品存在印刷错误、破损或其他质量缺陷,请在收到商品后7天内与我们联系,并提供清晰的照片或视频作为证据。经确认后,我们将根据您的意愿安排退款或免费重新制作。
3. 运输时间说明
我们会在承诺的时间内按时发货,但运输时间受国际物流、清关、天气、节假日等多种不可控因素影响。
如因不可抗力(如自然灾害、疫情、海关延误等)导致运输时间延长,我们无法因此接受退货或退款。
4. 退款方式
退款将通过您原支付方式退回,处理时间视不同支付平台而定,一般为3-10个工作日。
