Service Agreement
1. 协议的确认与接受
1.1 本协议适用于您(以下简称“用户”)在 zfpack.com(以下简称“本网站”)进行的所有定制包装袋购买及相关服务。
1.2 当您在本网站下单、付款或使用相关服务,即视为您已阅读、理解并同意遵守本协议。
1. Confirmation and Acceptance
1.1 This agreement applies to all custom packaging bag purchases and related services you (the “User”) make on zfpack.com (the “Website”).
1.2 By placing an order, making payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
2. 服务流程
2.1 用户需在下单前上传设计文件,并确认设计图的内容、尺寸、颜色及印刷要求。
2.2 本网站将根据用户上传并确认的设计文件进行生产,生产完成后安排发货。
2.3 因定制产品为个性化生产,请务必确认设计内容正确无误。
2. Service Process
2.1 The User must upload the design file before placing an order and confirm the design’s content, size, color, and printing requirements.
2.2 We will produce the products strictly according to the uploaded and confirmed design files, and arrange shipment after production is completed.
2.3 As custom products are made-to-order, please ensure that all design details are correct before confirming the order.
3. 价格与付款
3.1 所有价格以网站显示为准,价格已包含生产成本及基础包装费用,不含关税、进口税或其他可能的额外费用。
3.2 用户需在下单时完成全额付款。
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are as shown on the Website and include production costs and basic packaging, but exclude customs duties, import taxes, or other possible additional charges.
3.2 Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
4. 发货与物流
4.1 我们承诺在订单确认后的生产周期内完成发货,但运输时间受物流公司及国际运输状况影响。
4.2 我们只保证发货时间,不对运输延迟承担责任(包括但不限于清关延误、不可抗力等)。
4.3 关税及进口税由收件人承担。
4. Shipping and Logistics
4.1 We commit to shipping within the production time frame after order confirmation, but delivery time is subject to logistics providers and international shipping conditions.
4.2 We guarantee the shipping time but are not responsible for delivery delays, including but not limited to customs clearance delays or force majeure events.
4.3 All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. 退货与退款政策
5.1 因定制产品为个性化生产,除质量问题外,不接受退货或退款。
5.2 如产品存在质量问题,请在收到货物后7天内联系我们,并提供清晰的照片或视频证据。
5.3 经核实属实后,我们可为用户提供重新制作或退款。
5. Return and Refund Policy
5.1 As custom products are personalized, returns or refunds are not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
5.2 If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide clear photo or video evidence.
5.3 Upon verification, we may offer a remake or refund.
6. 知识产权
6.1 用户需确保上传的设计文件不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权或其他合法权益。
6.2 如因用户上传的内容引发任何知识产权纠纷,责任由用户自行承担。
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 The User must ensure that the uploaded design does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
6.2 The User shall bear full responsibility for any intellectual property disputes arising from the uploaded content.
7. 免责条款
7.1 因不可抗力或第三方原因造成的服务中断或延迟,本网站不承担责任。
7.2 由于用户提供信息不完整或错误而导致的任何损失,本网站不承担责任。
7. Disclaimer
7.1 The Website shall not be held liable for service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure or third-party factors.
7.2 The Website shall not be responsible for any losses caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the User.
8. 法律适用与争议解决
8.1 本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。
8.2 因本协议引起的争议,双方应友好协商解决;协商不成时,提交本网站所在地有管辖权的法院处理。
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
8.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court where the Website is located.
